Who We Are
The National Public Diplomacy Group (NPDG) – DMV Chapter is part of a nationwide Eritrean American initiative operating under the National Council of Eritrean Americans (NCEA), with a presence across more than 50 cities in the United States.
Based in Washington, DC—the center of global policy and diplomacy—the DMV Chapter serves as a hub for advancing Eritrean public diplomacy through strategic engagement, education, and community-driven initiatives.
At its core, NPDG is built on a simple principle:
Public diplomacy works best when it is truly public.
